As yet I have not now nor have any hope of it arriving in the near future. So far it has gone from Rochester NY to Nashville where the incompetent people have sent it on a loop. Then as I was told from a Post Office employee that at first she told me it DID NOT ORIGINATE IN NY. THEN SHE TOLD ME, EVEN THOUGH THEY CAN READ THE LABEL THAT THEY WERE GOING TO RETURN IT TO SENDER. SO WHERE DID THEY SEND IT! SIOX FALLS, SD. GEE, THATS WHERE I would SEND IT! Now more than two weeks, the entire postal system seems unable and unwilling to get my package. Suggestions go back to school and learn geography, and realize what absolutely poor and non existent customer service is. Remember this when the USPS wants more money for postage. THEY CANT DO THE JOB NOW HOW IS MORE MONEY GOING TO FIX OR IMPROVE THAT? ULTIMATELY STUPID PEOPLE SERVICE! USPS

Katrina was very rude and hung up on me and all I was doing was asking questions on a package that was put in their possession 2 days ago at 6am in the morning and yet to be delivered. She blamed it on the other location, it must be there. The other location would not answer the phone at 3pm when hours of closing is not till 4:30. I did not know there were 2 post offices in Glasgow but both are no help. It took 1 day for package to move across state lines but 2 days and counting.... to literally go 0.25 miles down the road from the Main street office. I truly understand why UPS and Fedex has become giants in this industry.
