We were polite and she was just nasty and we don’t understand why she’s at the front desk while acting and presenting herself like that to the public. Especially while being in a customer service job If I could put negative 15 stars I would.

We were polite and nice and she was still rude. I don’t understand why she’s running the front desk acting like that.. that’s ridiculous. Next time I’ll go to a different post office.
