BART who works out front is the best. Customer service is on point. A couple of months ago he helped me with my passport and again he was awesome. He knows exactly what you want to do before you even ask. This dude is the best!

The stupid post office's 1-800 number for any and all post offices is the most inefficient and stupid way to get help. The phone menus are do not allow you to speak to a representative at all and they don't allow you to go back a menu. And the menus don't allow enough time to respond to a menu choice, even if one is the menu choice fits your need. No menu choice fits our need of clarifying our change of address as we have the same last name as the new family who purchased and moved into our old house. It's extremely dumb that our tax dollars can't have a person available to answer the phones at an office and that the automatic menu is sooo poorly done and a waste of time. We can never get to a person to speak to. I hope the post office closes down someday with this level of incompetence.

USPS is complete trash and needs to go out of business, I honestly don't know why anyone would use the USPS for package delivery.

I have no problem with the main Post Office. Always friendly & helpful when I’ve been there. My issue is with mail delivery. They seem to have an issue with picking up my mail to be delivered when I put it in the box. They always leave my mail but won’t take the letters I’ve left to be picked up!!!!
