  Just wanted to give this location a big shout out. One of their delivery drivers walked our trash can up to the house from the road, on a very slick driveway on Knight Ct. Wish I had a name to put to this review. Please take the time to thank your driver for us.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Tyler at FedEx for going above and beyond to help me find my package. I was in a rush, already overwhelmed, and really needed it, especially since I have an 8-day-old baby in the NICU and was an emotional wreck going into this situation. Tyler didn’t brush me off or give a generic answer. He took the time to truly investigate, track my package down, and make sure it was found. He was incredibly polite, sweet, and professional the entire time, and his kindness meant more to me than he probably realizes. Customer service like this is rare, and Tyler represents FedEx in the best possible way. Thank you again, Tyler, for showing such care during a really hard moment.

  Fed ex has got to be the worst shipping company there is never get a package on time and when it does show up there very careless about it leaving it on the side of the road I dont understand how there still in buisness

  I would give a huge 0 stars if I could! My package says it delivered but obviously not to my house. The proof of delivery picture isn’t even of the package. Then you try to call FedEx and it takes 20 minutes to even get a person on the phone. Finally to be told there is nothing they can do. This will make the 3rd time my package has been delivered to the wrong address. This time the photo they provided clearly doesn’t help. My opinion the driver kept it for himself. Anytime I see FedEx is delivering my package I already know something will go wrong! I always hope and pray my packages are delivered via UPS!!!
