For it to be a new facility, it runs worse than any I've ever seen in my life and I will never choose FedEx as long as I live again. I will pay double to a competitor before they ever touch another package with my name on it. They're dishonest. My address is correct, although on the third day of the package " allegedly " being on a delivery truck has now been marked as incorrect address just in time for the weekend, Even though the company's csrs have confirmed my address. Either somebody within the company has stolen the package or they've broken it. I don't know why they would lie about the delivery attempts and just have it on the truck for 3 days. Another local business owner told me today it's happened twice to him since the new terminal. He said you'll never get it, it's happened to him twice. Think long and hard before choosing this company If you live in the area of Central Kentucky, You will never get your package. Worst courier service experience hands down in my entire life. Customer service does not exist with this company and good luck talking to someone on the same continent as you. Even the store in the front of this hub said that they safeguard the actual number. So even if you dial the local number, it will send you overseas. But don't take my word for it. Take a look at the tracking information in the pictures.
