- JFJanet FlaigAug 3, 20251.0I live less than 1/2 mile from my mailbox. For some reason our postal person cannot drive to deliver packages to us or certified mail like our former postal person did. When I explained what was happening at the post office I was told it was up to the individual postal person. The person assigned to our route isn't worth a hill of beans! Something really needs to be done but it's falling on deaf ears.

Carriers lose your mail, deliver it to the same house number, but a different road halfway across the county. They refuse to answer the office phone during business hours. I've even had the manager of this post office show up at my place of business to blame me for mail that his carriers forgot to scan that got lost. UNREAL. Today they sent me an exception on a delivery claiming that nobody was home (been here all day long), and there wasn't a secure place to leave the package... how about leaving it in the same place you left the other package this morning? Absolute idiots.
