Attempted to call starting at 8:30 and the recording stated they were closed, office hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:-00 p.m. I continued to call until finally someone answered at 9:34 a.m. This is an ongoing problem. They either need to change their recording or have someone start answering the phone when they say they are open.
