I was dropping off a package for someone else who wasn't able to go to the UPS Store. The shipping label was already paid for and I had a screenshot by text message with the UPS shipping label. The employees gave me runaround and says they weren't going to reprint the label. I thought UPS Stores can reprint the shipping label. I had the shipping label on my phone. The manager even yelled at me and tried to argue with me and talked down on me. I thought I was going to be refused service and be forced to visit another UPS store and have to drive to Lexington KY or Shelbyville KY. Fortunately they took the package, but I didn't get any apologies or any apology from any employees due to the confusion. You might want to consider going to CVS and drop off your packages there for UPS unless you want to experience drama there because if the employees and managers are having a bad day, they don't feel like dealing with certain customers who have a complicated package concerns. This store needs better employees training here.
