I've had two packages that they claimed they couldn't deliver, and instead of answering the phone so I can arrange for actual delivery, they won't answer. I feel sorry for anyone else who has their mail delivered by this post office, because apparently their delivery person doesn't understand how to pull into a driveway and set a package on the steps. If I could give negative stars I would

The lady could not help me right then and there, but told me she would call me back. Well, unlike many other places, she did call back and stated she was not able to find it, but was gonna try something else and call me back on Monday (today). Again, she followed up and she did call to give me the good news that she was able to find it. Once more...great customer service!
