Ive always had my mail with the correct corresponding shipping weight and size and all of the sudden the same packages that ive shipped out countless of times before are suddenly having issues and now charging my customers 98 cents to pick up their mail that they paid for. Sad to see a government funded organization do this. If you own a business avoid this post office.

Jill is very nice and extremely helpful I try to go to her desk if she is available. The black guy is not as helpful and can be abrasive at times. I try to avoid him if I can. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. The line does get pretty long around lunch time and near the end of the day.

She's very dismissive of questions being asked, she wouldn't let me finish my question before just giving me a generic response "its been doing that" "dont know what to tell you" "just have to wait and see". Its already frustrating enough having to deal with these big corporations that dont have real people to talk to, so to have to speak to a brick wall of a human is ridiculous.
