- AMAdam McdanielNov 5, 20251.0Do not use this Post office for a PO Box unless you like your priority mail or packages to come up missing. The post office employees will tell you to follow up with the sender to ensure the package was sent. Once the sender shows it was sent the post office will tell you to check back later. Also your mail received history wipes clean weekly so that old tracking number does not show back up. Conveniently they can’t find any history of the delivery either. I strongly suggest using any other postal service or location other than this one.

I had to come in here about 3 times for someone to finally tell me that I needed to verify that I lived in Charlotte before I PCS'd here. The employees had me continuously scanning my ID and the form mailed to me without providing me any insight. A week ago I went in to start the process on getting a passport. They just looked at me when I told them what I was there for. I ended up just walking out and went to the Clarksville location. The older guy in there is always sitting down when I walk in and never wants to help always has an attitude. No customer service skills whatsoever. Us uniformed personnel deserve so much better!!

- GMGina MJun 7, 20251.0Went in to refuse a package and return to sender and the rudness was insane! For being on a military base I was surprised! The clerk (black guy) did not want anything to do with taking the package back. I snatched the package back and took to Wilma Rudolph location and dropped in bin with RETURN TO SENDER written on it! The convenience of the base post office isn't worth being treated disrespectfully!
