- CHCole HeyerFeb 25, 20261.0Its crazy that ive been dropping my mail off here for my business and never had an issue until recently. Ive always had my mail with the correct corresponding shipping weight and size and all of the sudden the same packages that ive shipped out countless of times before are suddenly having issues and now charging my customers 98 cents to pick up their mail that they paid for. Sad to see a government funded organization do this. If you own a business avoid this post office.
- YYYoudothat.Feb 1, 20265.0This is a fantastic post office. I am in here at least twice a week and enjoy my interactions in there. Jill is very nice and extremely helpful I try to go to her desk if she is available. The black guy is not as helpful and can be abrasive at times. I try to avoid him if I can. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. The line does get pretty long around lunch time and near the end of the day.

She's very dismissive of questions being asked, she wouldn't let me finish my question before just giving me a generic response "its been doing that" "dont know what to tell you" "just have to wait and see". Its already frustrating enough having to deal with these big corporations that dont have real people to talk to, so to have to speak to a brick wall of a human is ridiculous.
- JCJade CarrollJan 2, 20261.0If you call the phone number; it is an automated system that is incapable of directing you to a human agents and should be entirely ripped from their calling systems. It is incapable of customer service and its the worst automated system i have ever had to deal with. I still haven’t been able to speak with a human representative about my question. Automated systems should be outlawed.
- BFBen FugateDec 7, 20251.0My package failed to deliver and was kept at this office location. when I went to go claim my package, they claimed that they “returned to sender” due to it sitting in the mail canter for over 10 days. Didn’t even bother going back and looking for it. Now the tracking website says that nearly 2 months later, it’s JUST NOW leaving the facility. And I’m uncertain whether or not I can ever get it back.
