As of 20DEC2025, the address (99 Michigan Ave) is correct, but the location is showing across the street at the US Post Office (91 Michigan Avenue). UPS and USPS are two different businesses.

So I just came back from this place. They tried to play me, so I came with two packages to ship to Florida. I asked for the price of the smaller package, which included a dress in a small plastic mailer. I also wanted to purchase a small Christmas box to put it in to be shipped which was like $7.99
The lady told me to ship this to Florida it would be like $60. I told her that’s way too much. Then she tells me they can ship it through USPS for me and it would be $30 something. I said no, that’s okay. I decided to take it to USPS myself, and I kid you not, they only charged me $12.50 to ship that package to Florida, minus the Christmas box, which I didn’t ship with the item. Even if I did, it would be nowhere near the $30 something she told me about.
Long story short, I ended up shipping both of my packages and only ended up paying $36 to ship both items priority. This place is a joke. Unless I have an Amazon return or am shipping something back for free, I would never step foot in here. You have been warned.

I priced a package online and it cost about $19 to ship via ground to arrive in about 2 days (see screenshot). I didn't have a printer available, so I went into the UPS store on Fort Campbell to ship it. When I got there, I was told the price would be about $67 for ground shipping not $19. They had the same measurements and weight that I entered into the website but 3 times the price. I was offered a 30 something dollar option to use the USPS but a longer delivery time and no UPS tracking number. I asked about the discrepancy (I told them about the online price) and was told they weren't an actual UPS store...whatever that means. I was told I could go back home, print out a label and return to get that lower price...really? I went to FEDEX and paid $19.39 for the same delivery service.
I guess the moral of the story is to print out a label at home/office and just use this store as a drop off point.

Excellent service at the UPS on-post office. We would especially like to highlight Starla, who was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. After we had already shipped the package, we realized the address was incorrect and that we also needed to replace a document that was inside the package. Starla did not hesitate to help us, explained everything very clearly, and made sure the issue was resolved properly.
Additionally, the printing service was done right there in the same store, which was extremely convenient and saved us a lot of time. Her attitude and willingness to help made all the difference in what could have been a very stressful situation. Outstanding customer service. Thank you so much — we definitely recommend this office!
