- CPChris PenningtonMar 11, 20265.0I have worked for the Florence outfit since they were still Labor Ready on Dixie Hwy 10 years ago, sporadically when between the restaurant and bar jobs.... I have called or reached out, consistently, over that time period with, typically, the same issues, questions about my back round check, Job Stacker App issues, specific needs or requests, ect..... But when I called about two months back, Michael took the call and for what was intended brief one question phone call turned into a twenty five minute Q& A. Michael was extremely patient with my questioning, helped me articulate my questions so he could address them specifically, but what impressed me most was the fact that the questions he answered for me spanned over multiple employment fields. I felt a tremendous gratitude and piece of mind for his expertise. Now, two months later I am in a much better place because of his patience and attention to detail that day and that call. Just wanted to say "Thank You Again".

Well I got a 8-day assignment on Friday supposed to start on the 3rd which is tomorrow and wake up this morning and they canceled the job I took the review down because I figured okay maybe they changed but they didn't people ready is a horrible day labor company. I suppose you have to be good with the people that work at the office to actually get any work. I'm done even trying with these people anymore
- VNVerge NANov 7, 20251.0Place you at jobs and there filled. A lot of there jobs are bs and your either bored all day or your helping constuction sites doing there bs work. Pay isn’t enough. Nice people for the most part but isn’t worth the time or day, I say other temp places have better opportunities and help for a better cause than them honestly
