As of today (11/13/2025), they have not been forwarded to our new location. Fortunately my husband remembered to look into it, because who knows if they'll arrive by the December 31 deadline? As it is, we lost the opportunity for the early payment credit that we would have received had we paid the bill prior to 11/1, which we would have done had it arrived. It's bad enough that cards, coupons and other mail consistently arrive late, but bills? The efficiency of the USPS took a nosedive during the pandemic and has yet to recover. Unless they start exhibiting some basic competency, I for one think the USPS should start being responsible for late fees and lost credit.

That was so thoughtful snd kind and I was so relieved to get my package as it was for my migraines.

The voice mail gave me the necessary hours during the week. Once there I was informed they would not take the documents because I didn’t have an appointment, I will add here that I was the ONLY person in the store with three employees looking back at me. I stated that their voicemail did not explain I needed an appointment and she still refused, but graciously added that Saturday are available for walk-ins (which is not stated on voicemail). Get your act together USPS!
