My pickup order was fine, it was the service after. I basically wasn’t helped at all by the young guy behind the counter. He was the only one granted but his professionalism was lack thereof. After about 15 min standing in line, I asked him about help with quite a few labels that I needed cut to see if they could be shipped somewhere etc. He proceeds to look at them and tell me it’s possible to send to have them professionally cut. Other customers start coming and he helps with all their stuff as I’m sorting my labels which is no problem. After I’m done he sees me standing there. For the next 20 min he helps other customers while I’m still standing at the register. As soon as i say do you need me to leave, he comes over and says uhhhh i don’t think i can help you and sorry for leading you on. I wish I was told that 40 min ago instead of wasting my time standing there.

When a customer went to customer service by mistake and they told her to go get in line.
This is not good customer service!

They have lost 90% of the items I have returned and Amazon has back charged me for them.
Spend the $1 and take them to UPS STORE !

This place is terrible! I came here to get some ink for a printer for my office. They announced over the intercom TWICE that someone needed help in the ink department. No one came. After about 30 minutes of standing around waiting for an employee to come help me I got frustrated, googled what I needed in hopes that I was correct. Had to wait for a cashier to come bc both of them had gone to help 2 other customers all while I was sitting there waiting to no avail. Bought the ink finally. Then left after almost 45 minutes for a stop that should’ve been in and out.
