Asked for help with passports waited 15 minutes and had nobody come over then asked the cashier and was told that the only person that can do the photos there is the same as the guy doing Amazon returns. Amazon line was 10+ people deep. So after waiting 25 to 30 minutes we walked out and they missed out on $80 worth of business and we went to Walgreens and we’re helped right away, so my suggestion would be to go to there.

Arrived at 8:05 and was turned away. Not a big deal if I had checked before leaving and nowhere does it mention Amazon returns closing an hour before for the store closes. And to turn me away because I’m 5 missed past that time that isn’t listed until you walked into the store. 🤷🏻♀️
