    DO NOT TAKE YOUR AMAZON RETURNS TO THIS STORE !!!!!! They have lost 90% of the items I have returned and Amazon has back charged me for them. Spend the $1 and take them to UPS STORE !

    This place is terrible! I came here to get some ink for a printer for my office. They announced over the intercom TWICE that someone needed help in the ink department. No one came. After about 30 minutes of standing around waiting for an employee to come help me I got frustrated, googled what I needed in hopes that I was correct. Had to wait for a cashier to come bc both of them had gone to help 2 other customers all while I was sitting there waiting to no avail. Bought the ink finally. Then left after almost 45 minutes for a stop that should’ve been in and out.

    Amazon returns take way too long. To have ONE employee taking returns when the line wraps around your store is not ok. Return person also seemed to have no sense of urgency to help get people out of there. Went twice in a 3 day period. Same both days.

    Store is great, but employees are not. The employee who processed my Amazon returns (AMD/MOD as it appears on my receipt) did not speak ONE WORD to anyone, including me, when returning items. Not one "hi how are you", "have a good day", nothing! I get people go through things outside of work, but part of your job is to speak and greet customers, I have to do it at my job!
