The one lady was on job 3 days and she is telling everyone she wants 2 more dollars a hour or she is quitting but before she could quit I sent her out the door. People are hired to do a job. Golden rule number one never voice your opinion about your pay after working 3 days🥱

- JJJamesNov 3, 20251.0Hi my name is Phillip Farley and I worked for People Ready for over a year and I made around 25,000 so far this year and I get a call out of nowhere from Michael the Florence Kentucky manager saying I'm fired. He gave me no reason and all I can think of is that he doesn't like me to call and ask about the money I worked hard for. If the Customer submitted my hours and I didn't receive my pay then yes I would call the branch and ask about my money. That's no reason to be fired. It could be a racial matter because he's black and I'm white I don't know because he gave me no reason. I had a customer call him a liar because he would submit my hours and Michael would say he didn't. I was about to just not work for the Florence Office anymore but all my Cincinnati jobs got cancelled. All I can say is wow a hard worker who was never late and pleased all my Customers to where they ask for me back got fired lol. Keep that up and People Ready will be out of business... Yes I contacted that number you gave and did a follow up, he's saying ( Michael) that I would contact the Customer about my pay which is a lie, the Customers would text me and ask me questions so of course I would communicate with them and he's saying also I would call about my money after being repeatedly told the Customer has 48 hours but the that's not the issue because the Customer would already submit my hours but I still wasn't getting my pay. So what do you do? You call and ask where's my money lol very normal thing to do. No I think his real reason is that he doesn't like me because I'm white. I'm not getting anywhere with that number so I'm contacting a lawyer to see what I can do. Thank you for your response.
