From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly, correctly, and with a smile. Crystal and James were patient in answering all my questions, offered helpful suggestions, and truly cared about making the process easy for me. Because of their professionalism and kindness, I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Our company had a very tight turnaround for a deadline, and they were able to print and ship quickly to help us meet this deadline. We had previously gone to Staples where we have an account, and they were not able to execute our request in a timely manner. Crystal had a “yes I can attitude!” They even sang Italian to me while I waited for my items to be finalized!
