- EREvin ReedAug 19, 20251.0Extremely rude. Employees are incompetent and harass customers instead of properly handling their business. I’ve contacted them repeatedly over the span of months regarding the same issue. I am told it will be handled and it is ignored or gets worse. I called the manager out for sending me mail repeatedly that is not addressed to me. They lie stating they cannot hear you, out of manipulation in attempt of intimidation. They also recalled me with no message after our last conversation to harass and intimidate me. I was firm, and not rude; this bullying response is unacceptable and abusive when combined with the repeated harassment. All I need is to only receive my mail. I’ve done all the paperwork correctly and I do not want spam mail nor do I want someone else mail after this. It is certainly harassment after the repeated notification, and undeniable when the address is incorrect, and regardless when it is repeated with notification and proper documentation. This is a public service everyone needs and they have to do better. Stop harassing me. House needs cleaning now.

I would like to have them scanned and handed a receipt before I leave. I get it, to you all, scanning a package and handing out a piece of paper can be very taxing, hard work! But at the end of the day that's exactly what you get paid to do! I don't understand the complete disrespect and disregard for your customers parcels. That's literally what you get paid to do. Baffling...
