- KKKatie6 days ago5.0Ignore any bad review- this post office is insanely efficient, gets packages places quick, rarely a line an if so they go so quick- the other in the area is always double the length.. The ladies I’ve met working are so kind- just big shout out to them because I send a lot of packages and they make it a breeze
- GWGloria WilsonFeb 5, 20261.0I recently moved to an apartment in Erlanger,KY 41018...for 2 days now the mail man has NOT picked up my outgoing mail (which is plainly visible & clipped on my lid. It is going to cost me late fees on my utilities....update: my mail is getting picked up& again...Thank you sincerely because on just 1check a month, late fees /service interruptions is NOT acceptable when I'm vigilant to send/pay timely. Thank you postman for your efforts & service.

- TBTim BeckerSep 7, 20181.0Hopefully no one is using USPS for anything important. Seems impossible for them to deliver anything on time. What is the point in paying for priority? Why can't customers have a shipment held for pick up? I'm told it can't be held until the first delivery attempt. Doesn't help when they aren't attempting delivery on the stated time in the first place. I have the laugh out loud when I am given a survey to take. Why offer a survey if you never improve your service ?
