  I will be requesting that my suppliers use alternative shipping companies going forward. This is not the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this with one of your drivers. In this instance, the driver marked my package as delivered when it was not delivered to me. The photo provided as “proof of delivery” shows multiple packages inside a postal tub, apparently inside a warehouse, rather than at my delivery location. This does not constitute valid proof of delivery. This shipment was especially important, as it was for a customer, three days before Christmas. The mishandling and incorrect delivery confirmation has caused unnecessary stress and disruption during a critical time.

  My package from the UK arrived looking like it had been caught up inside a conveyor belt. The goods inside, Christmas cards from my favorite charity, were beat up and bent. Many were beyond repair. Avoid DHL Express if you can! UPDATE: DHL response was that due to their Terms and Conditions of Carriage, they are not responsible for the damage they cause. Classic legal mumbo-jumbo to avoid taking responsibility for their own negligence. I'll say it again - avoid DHL if you can.

  Recently shipped out a package it cost $766 to ship it out just for it to be returned back to me because the guy at Dhl didn’t explain that I would end up paying more money again once it got into a different country I feel like that’s something he should have mentioned to me because then I wouldn’t have shipped the package out and paid the $766 just to lose money it’s a whole weeks pay for me I worked hard on my money and used a whole check just for nothing I have reached out serval times about this incident just to be denied my refund I’m so upset about his I feel that it was his job to tell me the problems I would have because that’s his job but the only thing he said was there has been problems with the shoes that’s all so nothing was told about how much clothing I was sending out and how there’s a limit if you don’t want to pay for money and also some type of license you need as well I strongly believe he could have said something and would have saved me my money it’s hard just letting this money go I don’t think anyone understands how upsetting it is and I wish Dhl could help with just giving me my refund by for what I paid.
