  Horrible service by DHL, costs 10 times more than the post office, paid for express which claims 3 business day but took 8 days late then ETA delivery date, more than 2 weeks. Also, parcels were opened without consent and maliciously, severely damaged by their staff. Tried to complaint only to be disrespected.

  My package from the UK arrived looking like it had been caught up inside a conveyor belt. The goods inside, Christmas cards from my favorite charity, were beat up and bent. Many were beyond repair. Avoid DHL Express if you can! UPDATE: DHL response was that due to their Terms and Conditions of Carriage, they are not responsible for the damage they cause. Classic legal mumbo-jumbo to avoid taking responsibility for their own negligence. I'll say it again - avoid DHL if you can.

  Recently shipped out a package it cost $766 to ship it out just for it to be returned back to me because the guy at Dhl didn’t explain that I would end up paying more money again once it got into a different country I feel like that’s something he should have mentioned to me because then I wouldn’t have shipped the package out and paid the $766 just to lose money it’s a whole weeks pay for me I worked hard on my money and used a whole check just for nothing I have reached out serval times about this incident just to be denied my refund I’m so upset about his I feel that it was his job to tell me the problems I would have because that’s his job but the only thing he said was there has been problems with the shoes that’s all so nothing was told about how much clothing I was sending out and how there’s a limit if you don’t want to pay for money and also some type of license you need as well I strongly believe he could have said something and would have saved me my money it’s hard just letting this money go I don’t think anyone understands how upsetting it is and I wish Dhl could help with just giving me my refund by for what I paid.

  I will go out of my way to never have to use DHL again, an absolute headache, trying to solve issues on their end is like pulling teeth. Terrible with updates and the customer service feels like a revolving door of transfers and links that go nowhere abysmal never gain.

  Update: I got my package the filling Monday, but that does not change the fact that we were not closed at 10am in the morning. Ridiculous Worst service ever! Wish I could give zero stars. Got an email that my package tried to deliver but my 24/7 company was closed. Lie! DHL doesn’t offer a live agent to talk to, and their chat is AI. Impossible to deal with. I will encourage my company do not use DHL. Trash
