Because of the location and surrounding population, it is often very busy, but the employees clearly have a system in place. They begin coordinating return information while customers are still in line, which helps prevent major backups and keeps the process flowing. What really stands out is the attitude of the staff. Even with the constant volume, they remain friendly, patient, and attentive to customers. It is obvious they are working hard to keep things efficient while still providing good service. If you visit this location, it is helpful to expect a crowd. That said, the team is doing a very impressive job managing the demand and helping everyone as quickly as possible. They deserve a lot of credit for handling such a high volume while maintaining a positive and professional environment. 😊
