- EFEriq FieldsSep 15, 20251.0I got someone else's mail twice and returned to this location and both times I was helped by female staff and they were rude both times. One woman snatched the mail out of my hand. The second time another woman is dismissive and rude when I asked if I could leave the letter at the self service. The only person who was kind to me was a older white male. He's the only one who is always professional and kind!

- TTTanya TAug 9, 20255.0I am changing my last review of two stars. I never have any problems inside the facility. All of the carriers that work the front desk are super helpful and they are always pleasant. Still have issues with packages being received, but I think that’s a post office thing and the system is set to make bogus delivery attempts when packages are late. My new carrier is absolutely amazing. He’s respectful and very polite. Extremely grateful for that change.
