Can not get an answer on the phone from this location to resolve any of these issues either.

One woman snatched the mail out of my hand. The second time another woman is dismissive and rude when I asked if I could leave the letter at the self service. The only person who was kind to me was a older white male. He's the only one who is always professional and kind!
