  Always helpful and wonderful. I know this is the time of year lots of packages to sent to loved ones . I've never had an issue and they receive there packages on time .

  Ups cooperate and the best they can do for their customers is a tiny store with 2 systems? CHANGE THE LOCATION!!! CHANGE THE LOCATION!!!

  The staff here are very unprofessional. The old lady in particular glares at customers and clearly hates doing extra work. She says she has done something, but in reality she hasn’t. She lies without hesitation, and the other employees cover for her, even when they didn’t see what really happened. She also judges people by their appearance and treats them unfairly. This was the first time in my life I had such a terrible experience at a postal service. She spoke to me in a rude and mocking way. The middle aged man is just as bad he even insults customers right in front of them. To be fair, when I was helped by a younger male employee in the past, he was polite and kind. But if you get the old lady or the middle aged man, they can easily ruin your whole day. I also noticed other reviews mentioning the same employees and giving low ratings. I understand it’s tiring to deal with so many customers every day, but this is the job you chose. Overall, this is by far the worst store I have ever been to. Other postal service locations are much more friendly, kind, polite, and they actually do their job properly.

  I don't know the ladies name but she has white silver hair to her shoulders... Very rude!!! There was a whole room full of people in there, very busy and I needed a notary done a young lady that worked there walked over to ask if the lady with silver hair would notarize them for me before she left and she yells out loud and was very rude so nope not doing it! She said I will not do divorce papers and everyone in there heard her. It's fine if she didn't want to do it but to announce people's business out loud so everyone could hear it, so rude! I could've told her about herself but I didn't I just walked out! Wow so unprofessional and if you hate your job then find another one but don't treat people like that! I've had my papers notarized there before but it was a gentleman and had no problems with him at all.

  The employees here are super kind, helpful, and hard working. That said, it is a miracle packages actually get anywhere. Every time over been here, there are 2-4 overworked and stressed employees. Packages and items are everywhere and there’s usually a line out the door or around the interior. The parking lot is tiny, dangerous, and usually made smaller by a UPS truck out front. Again, hats off to the employees - but this is just not a good situation.
