- XXXpl0rationAug 26, 20251.0Everytime we have a package that says "do not bend or fold" it always comes in bent in half. Our packages are always delivered next to the road or behind our vehicles tires, on the ground. They never bring the package to the house and its not like we have a long drive way. Literally every other delivery service walks it to the porch.... half the time our mail is also on the ground, not in the mailbox, they just drop it and move on. And dont even try to call because you CANNOT speak to a person no matter how many options you try or how long you are on hold. USPS needs to get ahold of me to fix these issues because im pretty sure this type of behavior by a postman is illegal.

- KKKeyNov 13, 20201.0ANOTHER EDIT: I went to pick up a package today and this time they "delivered" it... To the WRONG address. They said they'd get it back and redeliver it but I haven't heard a peep from them. EDIT: So today I went to get another package they didn't deliver and instead of just telling me why they don't deliver to us the guy raised his voice and threw my ID back at me. Avoid this place if at all possible. Original: Always fakes deliveries and holds them at post office saying they attempted delivery when they didn't, I don't have time to ever go there it's extremely inconvenient.
