After standing there 2 minutes and hearing them back there, I mumbled under my breath "okay, just pretend I'm not here, it's 5 minutes before closing..." And left. This lady raced out the door to YELL at me and said "EXCUSE ME! I DIDNT HEAR YOU!" With a total attitude. and slammed the door behind her. You didn't hear me yell "excuse me" as you're closing the grate in my face, but you heard me mumble under my breath? How? So rude...
