- JCJ CooperOct 14, 20212.0Was inquiring about a delivery that I did not receive. I did receive one other package that day but it had some weight to it. They were very rude when I said the tiny item was not in my mailbox. The order was very small and lightweight and must have been put on the porch and not in the mailbox with the other mail I received that day. It had blown down the street two houses and was found, wet and nasty since it rained yesterday, in a neighbors yard. For a tiny, lightweight item, put it INSIDE the mailbox. The person on the phone was VERY hateful and rude when I said I received everything but that item. I had to search my neighborhood to find it.

At first I didn't mind and I would just deliver it to them myself but now it is at least twice a week and I'm tired of doing the mailman's job for him. Please do something about this Cynthiana Post Office. We live off of Cladorbon.
