In short, I was up against a supply chain issue and feared that I would not be able to deliver for one of my largest clients. I put in a call to Sue Flottman Steller, and her company was ultimately not only able to fulfill the order, but batches were expedited to our Texas headquarters as they were completed to make sure our client did not run out of product.
