- KAKrystle Aguilera3 days ago5.0Came to this location to get a new passport and I had an amazing experience from start to finish! It was very simple to make an appointment online the day before through the USPS website and I showed up a few minutes early as suggested and I was in and out rather quickly! Calm environment and super helpful employee that was so pleasant. I wanted to make the effort to share this review because I read some really bad ones that almost deterred me from going to this location but I’m so glad I still went! 100% recommend and will be recommending this location to local friends and family. Thank you!
- MPM PMar 10, 20261.0This place sucks. If you are going here for anything passport related, don’t listen to a thing they say. Use online resources and call the state department with any questions - they are super helpful. When I went to mail everything after verifying multiple times with the state department, the post office employee said I was missing key info. I tried to show her the current requirements clearly outlined on the federal website and she wouldn’t even look at it. She said “I don’t need to see that, I have a guide in the back. If you mail this in, they’ll reject it.” Like ok??? Go get the guide then…? I needed a quick turnaround and couldn’t afford any further delays, so I submitted it as is. Ultimately, she was wrong because my passport came in just fine. I’ve never encountered someone so rude and I was honestly scared she’d “forget” to send the paperwork based on how she was acting.
