I have been home all day, yet the driver chose to NOT deliver a package, he instead left the "you weren't home" slip in my mail box. I was home, my dogs were put up, and my door was wide. This is completely unacceptable! Then when I call the office to inform them about this, I am basically told she can't do anything about it & I have to call in the morning to see if I am able to pick it up.
