Tried calling multiple different ways to try and speak with someone and the robot won’t let you and just hangs up. The website is so old and busted it won’t even let me schedule a pick up. It sat on the processing screen for fifth teen minutes before I gave up.

The post office drivers need to pay more attention to where they are going!! & LEARN HOW TO STOP AND LOOK FOR TRAFFIC BEFORE PULLING OUT!!! I almost got t-boned by a careless driver! I have tried to call to report this driver and of course no one answers this location in Corbin Kentucky! What a joke!!!

We were waiting on some packages today, saw our mail lady drive up sit for a moment and drive away.. We thought, that was weird but maybe she didn't have room for our packages in her car, Amazon said it could be up to 8pm so fine whatever. I go to check the tracking on my computer about an hour later and Amazon tells me “Oops they missed you, tried to deliverer your package!” Um... excuse me? Walk out to the mail box and inside I find a bunch of garbage spam from local car dealers and folded inside a slip of paper telling me she didn't deliver them because of “Dog” we have NO DOG in the 20 feet between that mail box and our front door, we have a small dog inside, perhaps she feared it would chew it's way through the wall to get her. No honk, no walk to the front door, we WATCHED HER this time just put the normal mail in the box and drive away. Wouldn't you know it, the local office is closed so we couldn't go get our stuff today even if we wanted to. This is the not the first package we have "missed", it's not the first time we have had to drive down to the post office and get our own packages because this woman refuses to walk, or even honk, but like with our last complaints, nothing will be done, no one cares, screw us and have a wonderful day, I WISH I had that kind of job security. Oh and when we do manage to be outside or catch this woman and she has a package for us, she just hands us the keys and we get to play "get our own package because I'm not moving". I have no idea if anyone with the power to do anything will ever see this or if you even care, but come on is it REALLY that hard to find people who will put even 30% into the job they do around this area?
