I have to say, the employees that work here are AMAZING. There was a line when I showed up (4 people waiting, 2 at the counter, and 2 showed up after me). The gentlemen that were working the counter today (1-2-26), worked diligently and proficiently to get everyone taken care of in a short amount of time. This is the best post office I've been to by far. They get you in and out in no time with pleasant attitudes without rushing you. Keep up the great work! Also, I came in contact with people coming in to get help or get their mail. The people of Corbin are one of a kind. ❤️❤️ I will definitely be visiting again.

This post office is utterly and completely inept, incompetent and useless. This government entity takes bureaucracy to an infinite level that is both ludicrous and chaotic. With one package and in a matter of hours, they built a massive structure of lies and deception that would infuriate the calmest of people. First, my package was attempted but no one home-LIE. Second, my mailbox was too full to deliver-LIE. Third-a slip was placed into my empty mailbox that package was too heavy to deliver and that I MUST pick it up from post office-LIE(package was 28 pounds, postal regulations state 70 pounds)-LIE Fourth-When I picked up package, clerk states package was oversized-LIE (postal regulations states oversized packages exceeding length and girth of 130 inches as un-mailable and will not be accepted, my package was half of the oversized regulation). I’m handicapped and rely on deliveries but this post office is indifferent and indicative of the supercilious and irresponsible attitude built upon deception and lunacy all the while protecting their precious employment and retirement. Useless post office. Go somewhere else if you must use the USPS. I rarely use them because this is what you get-no customer service. I’m filing formal complaints with the US postmaster general’s office. Madness.

Tried calling multiple different ways to try and speak with someone and the robot won’t let you and just hangs up. The website is so old and busted it won’t even let me schedule a pick up. It sat on the processing screen for fifth teen minutes before I gave up.
