- AAAnonymousFeb 18, 20261.0This post office deserves a negative star review. Packages won’t be delivered and is always listed as animal interference before they even arrive to deliver the mail. Attached to this review is from back in January of this year where they said it was animal interference at 8:06am when the mail carrier didn’t arrive until 11:27am, nor was an attempt even made. I have to waste time out of my day every time to pick up packages they refuse to deliver. FedEx and UPS always deliver without any issue and with no animal interference so why does this place always seem to have a problem? And it seems I’m not the only one having a problem with this post office. Perhaps it’s time to fire the people here if they can’t do their job and actually hire people who are willing to because I’m tired of having to do it for them. And to top it off when I do pick up my packages the guy there is always rude. A 2.8 star rating is generous for this place. As this has been going on for roughly a year now, clearly something needs to change.

We tried to call the Columbia branch but the number is no longer in service. So apparently if you have a problem you have to go in to talk to anyone. This is the crappiest customer service I have ever experienced.
