They sent a package we were expecting to Jeffersonville Indiana which delayed it by 3 days. We tried to call the Columbia branch but the number is no longer in service. So apparently if you have a problem you have to go in to talk to anyone. This is the crappiest customer service I have ever experienced.

The postal service at this location is so bad that it deserves a negative. I don't get my mail and many packages never get delivered. If I do get a package, it's smashed into the mailbox or thrown out onto the ground.

Cannot do their job properly. Always full of lies why they can't do it.

Recently I moved from Atlanta, Ga., to Columbia, Ky. I'm retired, and was born in Columbia. Prior to EACH move I informed the Post Office EARLY enough to expect mail, but forwarded from previous residences. Got to Columbia, changed my address. After finding a place to live, I changed my address, again. In June, 2025, I moved into a home, in Campbellsville. My mail is still going to the 1st address, my packages are still being delivered to my 2nd address, and I'm wondering if ANY of my mail- and packages will catch up to me. I understand that the Post Office is 'under stress, and perhaps duress' as a result of politics, and such, but, come on. EACH time I've changed residences, PRIOR to ANY of my moves- ,I was FAITHFUL to forwarding my mail- EARLY. I'm not running from ANYBODY. Forwarding MY MAIL is MY responsibility. So, I take it seriously. But come on, guys, forward my mail. I've submitted REAL ADDRESSES, and have had to wait. Most of my previous carriers SEEMED NOT to be really concerned, but the people I have now, seem to be. Sorry for the LONG post, but, I'm just a little bit flabbergasted over the whole thing. So, I made another trip to the Campbellsville Post office on Broadway, and the postal worker undersood, and even went back to making a NEW change, from all my Atlanta addresses. I thank him for that. Now, I just hope and pray, all my mail reaches me. Y'all pray for me, too....

Our new delivery guy is awful! Let my packages ride in the back of his truck so they were soaking wet and the cardboard was literally falling apart. Today he saw me standing on the porch but still didn’t bother to pull up to have me sign for a package, instead he left a “Sorry we missed you!” notice. He leaves our mailbox wide open and our mail gets wet. He also leaves packages just sitting outside our mailbox for anyone to steal. He is the laziest driver we’ve ever had. We want Steve back!!! I have called and spoken to managers and the post master but absolutely nothing changes.
