You had one job. Then they start blaming UPS — like, be serious. Y’all can’t even find a piece of paper, but now you’re logistics experts? 😂 I leave and call to speak to a manager and the hold time? I could’ve watched a whole episode of The Office before anyone came back on the line. So I hung up — because clearly I’m the only one who knows what time management means. Ignorance isn’t just bliss for this crew; it’s their entire personality. Anyway, I’ll just take my business to UPS — where the employees actually have functioning brain cells and maybe even… common sense. Shocking, I know.
