- ALAbbi LambDec 14, 20241.0Wouldn’t even rate this office one star. We’ve delt with issues from our carrier for the last year. She will not deliver our packages and leaves notes saying the box is full. You’re right it is full of RTS mail that she refuses to pick up. The same issue I reached out and started an investigation on earlier this year. Her actions are a reflection of your Clarkson office and I can honestly say I avoid this office and go out of my way to choose other post offices. My husband and I are fed up. This is the only office that we have ever delt with that refuses to drive down a not even a quarter mile drive way to deliver. Hold your employees accountable for their actions. Also my carrier listed my address as a private drive it’s not a private drive so to Tony the post master please don’t use that excuse with us again.
