- MCMallory CopleyDec 21, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, would. We go a week at a time without mail and packages. We watch the mail man drive PAST our house both ways and deliver everyone’s but ours. We have made atleast 5 complaints or more over the last 6 months alone. Nothing gets done. We have medications that get delivered and more. There’s even been several occasions that he’s left our packages by or on top of our trash cans to be thrown away… i can’t believe they let this man still work there. I believe his name is Jacob. He doesn’t even attempt to deliver our mail. At this point I think he’s discriminating against me and my wife for being gay. He has seen us together multiple times out in the yard together and that’s the only thing I can think of as to why we’re being singled out like this. No one takes our complaints seriously.

- TMTeresa MannSep 16, 20251.0Don’t answer phones, leave packages in the rain with no bags, never deliver to front door, ordered a family heriloom Bible and it was tied to my mail box but the bag was long enough to be in the stream behind it…. Soaked completely. Cardboard was almost nonexistent….Ordered diapers and they threw it under my mailbox basically in the road for cars to hit it…. Don’t like how when I order from Amazon they sometimes deliver I wish they never would. UPS and FedEx are the only ones that have the decency to deliver to our house and not in the stream like they have common sense

That is ridiculous. My dad has health problems and he shouldn’t have to drive to the post office every time he orders a package. It is ridiculous.
- KDKristen DawnApr 15, 20251.0It's one thing to not receive my package because of rain, which makes no sense, Ashland never gave me that problem. It's even worse when you don't receive it simply because he "forgot to drop it off". Can we get a new competent worker over here at this post office?!
