Tresa is polite, professional, knowledgeable of USPS products & procedures, and very industrious. The same cannot be said of other USPS personnel. Stephanie has been our carrier for 14 years. We have lived in Phoenix, Chicago, and Cincinnati and Stephanie is by far & away the best USPS employee we have ever known. She is very hard working, always friendly, she handles our mail & packages as if they were her own, and she ALWAYS delivers our mail regardless of weather or other circumstances. She goes "above & beyond" her mandated responsibilities on a regular basis....Stephanie truly believes, and her work ethic proves it, that "neither rain, nor snow, nor heat, nor gloom of night" will keep her from her appointed rounds. In the world of USPS employees, Stephanie is one in a million. Both of these ladies are a credit to the United States Postal Service, and neither probably gets the credit & compensation they so richly deserve.
