one of the worst most unreliable places. consistently time and time again they put my package in the wrong parcel locker, theyve done this multiple times to the point where its a rarity for them to actually get it right . it doesnt matter how important the package is to me, they just will not deliver it correctly. its so upsetting

Best to do your business at a different post office then this one. Definitely hired by family and unqualified for their positions. My packages and mail are always coming up missing and a few have even come opened. Don’t trust the young guy there. Very suspicious, unprofessional and rude.

I’m not one to leave reviews, and definitely not bad ones. However; I am so frustrated. We moved to the area almost a year ago, at first everything was fine. Unfortunately, things have taken a turn. Our mail keeps getting “lost”. We haven’t received important letters and items from bills to Drivers Licenses to insurance letters. They have also “lost” packages. In fact, just a few weeks ago they admitted to delivering a $200 package to the wrong house. When asked what I will do if they can’t find it they responded with “try contacting the seller”. Also, another issue, my insurance company called and verified my address because the mail they were sending me kept getting returned to them. Not sure what the issue is there. Lastly, they just don’t try to deliver our mail sometimes. For example, I was outside one day when they “attempted delivery” on my husbands package. I watched them fly by my house and then the alert came that said “attempted delivery, unable to deliver, held at post office”. I was thinking “maybe it was too big for the mailbox”. So the next morning I picked it up and it was such a small package that I asked the worker why it was held. The response was “uh.. I don’t know.” I hope that we can stop having such horrible issues, but if not maybe a P.O. Box is the way to go. I most definitely do not feel like my mail is safe with this business.
