Very slow. Never answers their phone. Took them over 2 weeks to make a mailbox key. Overall just very disappointed and dissatisfied.

This is the THIRD time the carrier has claimed we weren't home to sign for a package when we ABSOLUTELY were. I work from home, and I stalked the door all day for him. I saw him drive by and not stop, but he claims no one was here to sign. He didn't even leave a notice! I've been calling for two hours, and no one will answer. Edit: I feel bad about the 1-star review I made when I was missing a package and hangry. Everything I wrote was true, but that's literally only 3 screw-ups in 3 years of using this PO. They are much better than the POs I've used in Texas before moving here. If they could figure out a way to answer the phones regularly, they would be a good outfit for a PO.

I bought stamps at the counter. Because they weren’t very busy. The lady was really nice. She showed me everything she had and I picked the ones I wanted.

The mail carrier that we have had been very irresponsible. She either places mail in mailboxes where it doesn't belong or just fails to show up completely to deliver the mail. I receive a email daily to show what is coming in each day and have waited up till 9pm for mail to show up and it doesn't. Even went to the mailbox at 430am after waiting up till 9pm and still no mail from the day before. Some of these mail carriers (NOT ALL) need to do better about being responsible and doing their jobs correctly. This is getting ridiculous. I have already filed a complaint with USPS and they are investigating it. If this continues I will keep filing the complaints till something is done about it. If you can't do your job correct then maybe you need to find a different job that better suits you.
