That may mean they dedicate their attention to the customer in front of them; I would not try calling on a busy afternoon, unless you want to sit on hold for a looooong while. But spend the time to walk into the store or chat online and you get the best expertise to answer all of your questions.

Even the manager heard our complaints and he just said "there's a girl there"! No one came to help after seeing four people standing in line! I had no choice I sent the email of my label and I needed it to send a package back, otherwise I would have walked right out! I will never walk in this store again people were already leaving!

THE OTHER TWO ASSOCIATES A MAN AND WOMAN WORKING BEHING COUNTER DIDNT SAY ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER MINUTES OF STANDING AND WAITING! I WILL NOT COME HERE FOR PRINTING NEEDS OR ANYTHING ELSE! JUST RUDE!
