Was in there about a week ago, mind you not, it’s a great school supply store, but I was shopping around when one of the young ladies in the printing and marketing came up to me while I was shopping for a 2026 agenda book thingy, and she started to “flirt” with me, and I told her I was happily already taken by someone, and she proceeds to say “so, I don’t care, what’s your number?” So after she did that, I completely walked out and didn’t proceed to buy anything. This store needs to hire real professionals who will act professional in a store like this, won’t be coming back for a while due to this crude behavior, will not tolerate that.

I usually have a good experience in here but today I’m not sure if the employee was just feeling the holiday confidence or what but I came here to return something for Amazon as I’ve always done and for some who knows reason this location has decided to not do happy returns at the literal busiest time of the year. Had to jump a bunch of hoops to be able to return it for free at other places just because of this. The reason I’m giving 1 star is because when I asked the employee why they are doing this, he replied with a cocky attitude “we just don’t really feel like it right now so we’re not going to sorry.” I’m just like wow thanks for the big inconvenience A hole. Will never be at this location again, this was the lousiest excuse of customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s literally the busiest time of the year when Amazon and people need them and they refuse just because they don’t really feel like it. Literally no reason not to just they choose to make things difficult for people or at least according to the employee I talked to.

Very helpful staff. Helped me order the item as the store was out of my product. Also, I am pleased with the free shipping of the product.

Hi, I am a long time customer of the Staples store in Bowling Green. I was doing my Amazon returns with a very long line. There’s a man in a grey jacket that’s been working the counter by himself multiple days I’ve stopped by and a very rude lady jumped the line and yelled at him for doing his job. He was organizing, as he told her, and she continued to yell and tell them she was on her lunch break. He’s been very polite every time I’ve been there and I can tell he’s doing the work of 3 people. She was completely out of line to speak to the workers that way and he handled it very well.
