Today the MANAGER of the store made a pregnant lady stand in line for 45 minutes to get something printed. He served 4 people who came in after her and when she asked why she wasn't being helped and a 5th person who came in after her was being helped next all he said was "I can't print your stuff right now because I would have to go chnage the paper in the printer". This customer left the store in tears with no apology or remorse from the store manager.

Just waited 10 mns for the manager to but a laptop and a desktop. They never appeared!! Lady at the counter was very frustrated! I guess 130 pm on a Wednesday is a very bad time for the manager. I won't be back!

Sometimes I hate coming to this location for any Amazon or happy returns the staff they always have one employee running both check out and Amazon returns which isn't fair at all what so ever & the print associates just stand there no help or volunteer or anything it's worst when I had happy returns because the print associates takes all day to come over to you and will just stare at you it's ridiculous when you're trying to be in and out the person in charge of store need to do better that's to much on one person corporate needs to look into this matter

Who is managing this store? It urgently needs process improvements.
There was one employee handling both Amazon returns and regular checkout customers, which left those of us trying to make actual purchases waiting behind a long line of Amazon returns. Meanwhile, two employees in the printing area stood idle with no customers and declined to assist at the front.
Over the past month, I’ve placed several printing orders, and each one has been incorrect—despite extremely slow service.
This location needs serious operational support from corporate. At this point, it’s either time for intervention or a full reset of how this store is run.

I am a former employee of this location. Initially, my experience was positive until Mr Holder became the general manager. To begin, Mr. Holder consistently overworked the same three individuals, including myself. While this was not the primary issue, it was compounded by the fact that he did not delegate tasks equitably. For instance, the responsibility of cleaning a restroom that had been out of service for months and was in a deplorable state was assigned to specific employees with the threat of being sent home if the task was not completed.
Mr. Holder frequently left a single cashier to manage both the register and Amazon services, even when two to three print associates were available. This lack of support caused delays for customers seeking quick service, leading to frustration despite our best efforts to manage the workload independently.
Furthermore, Mr. Holder engaged in unprofessional conduct, such as gossiping and making disparaging remarks about employees, including referring to them using inappropriate language. He also disclosed confidential information, such as impending terminations or reductions in hours, to other staff members.
In addition, Mr. Holder expressed discriminatory sentiments, stating his reluctance to hire women, particularly for management positions, based on the assertion that they are weaker than men. He made disparaging comments about specific female employees and their families, indicating his intention to reduce their work hours. He also made derogatory remarks about another employee's health issues and weight, and labeled employees as worthless. We all left because of how we were treated and the way the store was managed. I believe that he should be further investigated. I want to thank Staples for the opportunity to work there. I really appreciated my time there, and I wish I could have stayed. However, I had to leave due to the negative, hostile, and toxic environment that Mr Holder created."
