- MMMichaelJan 2, 20245.0Good people and friendly experience. If the postal service would add a minimum of two more hours at Bonnieville, they could keep good employees. No one wants a 4 hour part time job that splits morning and afternoon shifts where they can’t get another part time job to help pay bills. Complaints to USPS will fall on deaf ears. Contact your US Congressmen!
- JCJames ChildressJul 24, 20231.0They, for years now, have been putting mail in the wrong mailbox even though there's three stickers on the box telling them which one it is. They're sometimes too lazy to leave a package of it's too big for the box so they leave a notice instead of getting out of their car. I was just in there 8 minutes before close and was refused service because the lady shut everything down before closing time and made the excuse that she was going by the post office clock. The clock is wrong first of all, by a lot, and two, you should be servicing customers until closing time not until you want to go home. That's not how any business works. You close the store afterwards.
