- DDDeborahDec 12, 20251.0Cannot contact them directly. Automated phone system needs a lot of work. Postal Carrier is careless of the mail. Full = one item crushed flat, letters in all directions, when I straightened the letters and flattened package it was less than half full. The main problems with this are the flattened package and the package they supposedly would try to redeliver according to Amazon, but in tracking it was left up to me to rearrange delivery thus the complaints about their Automated system. Let people talk to a real person if it is more than yes no responses....entering 19 numbers when they give space for 5 is impossible.

Tracking literally shows them playing hot potato with these packages. For example, I have a package that's headed to new york.They've sent it back and forth between knoxville and lexington, three times. The other was in LA for 2 weeks arrived in November. The destination was LA. They increased the shipping but can't even ship in the correct direction. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

- FRFranklin RossiOct 25, 20251.0Absolutely the worst mail carriers, I have ever seen, almost every package I receive is stuffed in my mailbox with them knowing they are crushing and damaging the package, this is completely unacceptable and I will be going online to file a complaint, evidently to get this issue resolved, you have to go a step above the local office because after contacting them, they don't give a crap!
