Wasted 20min otp, 40min drive (there and back) just for a simple question on whether or not they had duck stamp or sold out.

This has happened twice in a week now and one of them was my bank information!! So either they are stealing it or delivering it to someone else! Website is useless for missing mail.

We came from Paducah (30 minutes away) to drop off flyers for Every Door Direct Mail - we called the day before to make sure we had all of the information we would need - we weren't told about some "form" that had to be filled out. We were greeted by two of the rudest women I've ever met. They basically laughed in our faces because we didn't have this alleged form.. Well, maybe the postal workers should say on the phone when a customer calls that you need said form. Either way, we told them they were rude, and left without mailing anything. We'll get aforementioned form, and take it (and our business) to a more professional post office in Marshall County.
