I have tried continuously to call the Bardstown post ofc regarding a pkg I have not received no one answers the phone ever. What is wrong with these businesses that give horrible customer service.

Years ago they had better workers. The new people are dishonest. They have told me stories which do not add up about packages never received. You would think as government employees they would be careful to not state things which are inaccurate. We will not be doing business here any longer. The customer service is extremely poor. They never answer their phone and they are very rude and condescending. Will happily go out of town if needed or use the post office at the bank.

Still haven't received my mail., they still haven't resolved my issue worst post office ever. Havnt received my certified mail as well have been up their multiple times. They just keep saying we're going to resolve the issue there for want to have enough nerve to send me email for surgery all 0 clearly they don't even deserve a star. Clearly have absolutely no idea what they have to do as their job or our carrier that delivers our mail horrible and need to consider a new job if they can't deliver anyone's mail or do their job right in the office

I use this post office regularly. They have alot of business here normally. There are usually 2 ladies at the front counter that help the customers with their needs. The inside is always clean.
