- MFMason Frisby3 days ago1.0Can never get my postman to deliver a package always marked "could not access delivery location" when it is never blocked, and can never get anyone to answer the phone. They have bunch of clowns running the place apparently.
- KBKy BarcusOct 8, 20251.0Should definitely be securing labels better. I’ve had 5 packages ‘go missing’ in the past month. Not hard to add a piece of tape over label. Also they’ll tell you that you can file for a claim for Ground through the website. The website only allows Priority Mail to be insured. Also the Missing Mail site has been down for weeks so we can’t file like that either. Don’t even bother asking for help there. They ‘can’t do anything’
