  This store has always been my favorite place to mail out packages and the big plus is my favorite people are in the computer!! The staff are always friendly and helpful to everyone!!

  If it was possible to leave a half a star I would. Absolutely horrible service. Had a package expedited for next day delivery. Then it said the address was wrong. Changed the address. Waited 4 more days. Package was out for delivery again and the same issue. It’s been over a week and still waiting on package with no end in sight. Package is worth over $1500. Can’t speak to a clear English speaking American anytime you get lucky enough to speak to an actual human due to everything being automated. Smh unbelievable terrible service.

  I was in this location today and I understand this time of year is going to be busy. The young girl and young man working the counter around 10:30am were working their butts off. There was a line out the door. The other employees were in the back playing with a baby while the two upfront were trying to do everything. At one point the young man asked a question to im assuming a manager and she talked to him like a dog in front of the customer. Very unprofessional,and was very rude to him. Also an older gentleman came in to get a mailbox and the young women kept going back asking for help because she was not sure how to do that. No one came for about 10 minutes. Once someone did come up front they didn't have the password they needed to complete the transaction.the man did say forget it and walk out. When he did the guy that came up front to help mumble oh well when the gentleman left.I think these two employees should be recognized for being such great workers. As for the rest of the staff not so much ! I would give a 1 start but the two employees working very hard deserve 5 stars.
