- SSSMSSep 27, 20241.0Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced in any location I've ever lived. I have lost count the number of times they just don't deliver my mail and they note "driveway not accessible." Here I go, walking out to the end of the driveway (my front yard is about an acre long) to see what the problem is....and .... nothing. There is absolutely nothing wrong with access to my driveway. The first time it happened, I thought maybe there was an accident or something, but then it happened again, and again, and again. They just run out of time? Or decide they don't want to work anymore for the day? I'm not even sure what they are thinking. But here is the best part.... do they take my mail back to the Alvaton post office and then redeliver the next day? NO!!! They take it all the way back to Bowling Green, do not update the tracking, and now I have to go all over the world to find out where the hell my packages are. Here I am again today. It is raining today. Its now almost 7pm and none of my packages are here. One of them containing medication that I need. I guess they just don't want to deliver in the rain AGAIN. I'll have to go out tomorrow and track down my packages AGAIN. :| Sincerely, Unhappy as hell in Alvaton!

- KGKayla GaonaJan 15, 20222.0Our mail is constantly being sent to the wrong address and we are constantly getting other peoples mail as if the addresses on the packages aren’t even being read. Then we get alerts that they have “tried” to deliver our mail but there is “no access” when it’s literally a mailbox just like all the other mailboxes on our street. Not hard to find at all. Not sure what’s going on but this has happened way before Covid but now it’s getting worse. We’ve had to literally go retrieve items from the actual post office before. Please please please look into this. I’ve got a very late Christmas present floating around somewhere that I have waited over a month for.
