I received a timely phone call from the Alexandria Branch, who informed me that they personally investigated the matter. They checked the mailboxes at my apartment complex to assure it had not been placed in a different mailbox by accident, as well as the special package boxes within the apartment complex clubhouse. They personally spoke with staff at the apartment complex in another attempt to locate the package. Though they were unable to locate the package, they sincerely apologized for the oversight and directed me through filing the appropriate claims. I am so grateful for all of the assistance I received in this matter.
