- JTJosi TempletonMay 27, 20254.0Jackson is super nice every time I’ve had to go in and since he’s the only one inside it’s refreshing he’s so cheery and nice (my hometown post office in WY was known to have grouchy counter folks). It’s a small office/set up so I guess the hours make sense, when I worked I found the times majority of the time inconvenient but now that I’m a SAHM I can’t complain - although it’s always great that they have Saturday hours too! Can’t fault the single office for transit issues though like I see other reviews saying. This specific small location is ran well although there are occasional confusing wire crossings with the Scottsville location, Jackson is incredibly helpful on trying to help with a resolution and contacting the bigger branch to ease resolution too.
