- AAAshlieMar 19, 20261.0They lost my package and have been giving me the run around . Now I can’t even file a claim. The lady with black hair caught an attitude while rolling her eyes at me and was throwing packages around. Very unprofessional and I will never ship my packages through usps again.

Everything that is being said on here is absolutely true, it has been our experience as well since we moved into this neighborhood a year and a half ago. we have had nothing but continuous problem receiving our mail. We don't even bother sending mail because they never stop and pick it up. Missing mail that never gets delivered, outgoing mail not being picked up for days, placing packages in obvious places to be stolen. No respect for property. And when you file a complaint they just tell you what you want to hear and you never hear from them again and it continues. They try to blame informed delivery but it's an excuse. We have had Inf del since the beginning and we never had an issue at our old place.
