- RDRichard DoyleJan 23, 20261.0I got a package shipped with free shipping and had it sent to the ups store for pickup so I wouldn't have a guitar sitting on my porch in the weather. I have done this many times, and just picked up the package with no fees. Now there is a $5.00 fee all of a sudden. Customer service could not explain why. Ups sucks, customer service is worthless!

Instead of helping, the staff refused to provide the correct return labels for both boxes and insisted that I either purchase additional labels myself or pay UPS to repack everything into one box. I was quoted $100–$150 just to combine the boxes, even though this was not my mistake and the shipment arrived this way originally. I visited the location more than once, explained the situation clearly, and still received no reasonable solution. This felt like unnecessary pressure to pay extra money rather than actual customer service. Very frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better support.
