  I drop off package serval times a week. An automatic door opener you be great. Now I have to balance all package on the outside window frame and the door opens towards me....ugh. I even got my hand hurt in that door. At least have a handycap door opener for us.

  Very rude. Unprofessional. Did not like the package the item came in & tried to force me into buying a box from them that was way to big. I declined. The dude decided to slap the computer screen, and I do mean slapped it where it spun around hard causing him to quickly grab the screen to make sure he didn't break it. But the screen had the previous customers information on it. Then he tried to make me buy a bubbled envelope that was the EXACT SAME PACKAGE IT WAS ALREADY IN! On top of that, he helped to the 2 people ahead of me with no issues at all. But my melanin was off putting to him because I did not match his & other 2 ahead of me. And no other employee bothered to step in to correct his poor work ethics or just take over helping me. Then again, their melanin was the same. I'm sure people get the point now that google made me explain the issue. Good job, attaboy, whatever you want to call this. 🍪

  The employees at the UPS store on North Rock road are not very nice they never say hello they never say how are you doing have a nice day they just point at the scale and then they tell you even before you get your phone out you got the code no people skills whatsoever

  There was a line but with 3 employee helping it went quick . They all seemed like they new what they were doing .
