  Very courteous employee. He knew exactly what he was doing. I was in and out of the facility in less than 5 minutes with no anxiety.

  I have had multiple Miss delivered packages including patient tissue samples that were supposed to go to Wesley instead of my house that is over an hour away from wichita, they claim to have delivered packages when there was no package to be found only for the package to show up on my porch the next day. And today I was supposed to have a package delivered but said that was undeliverable because the business was closed... we live in the country over an hour from Wichita... they claim that the sender created the label and said our home was a business instead of an actual property and that was why they could not deliver the package because they don't deliver packages to businesses on Saturdays and yet the tracking number says that they attempted delivery but the business was closed so someone is blatantly lying. I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen to never ever ever ship with FedEx, ever..

  Sent a picture of “attempt to deliver” which wasnt even my house, now I have to wait because of these lazy drivers. Even more confusing is why wasnt it delivered to my house and just left for me to retrieve. It wasnt a package that had to be signed for and this “attempt” was made around 6pm apparently and I was home, no knock on the door or real “attempt”!
