Not only is this location atrocious, the drivers will bring the package to the door, bitterly look in the ring doorbell camera but wont ring the doorbell or even knock on the door. When it comes to items needing signed for they just put the note on the door, they dont knock or ring the door bell.

My mother is 83 and can’t walk good I have nerve damage in my leg and left arm and can’t walk with a cane and carry anything But because a carrier says she got bit by a dog over 5 years ago they will not bring our packages to the door and we sent in a form explaining why we need our packages delivered I have talked to other post offices and they said after 5 years it sounds like mismanagement and while maybe the girl that got bit can’t deliver other drivers can.So please tell me how I can get my packages at the post office when we can no longer climb the hill?I guess when I fall I will sue They can use pepper spray and call animal control instead of punishing a whole neighborhood for a dog we never saw .

I changed my address over a month ago and my mail isn't arriving. I think I've really worn Mr. Make out. Every time I go there, he never resolves anything. I find him very rude because he doesn't help at all to solve the problem.
